Life Event/ Open Enrollment Activity Guide Questions
We are implementing Fluid Life events and Open Enrollment and we are currently on PUM 44. I have two questions regarding functionalities
- How is the approval for Documents uploaded through Life event routed for approval?. We have Life Event Rules Configured With Approval Documents and some them have approval enabled and we are receiving notifications, I am trying to customize the notification text on the emails. Where do I need to look for this? How is the approval routing controlled for this. By default it looks like the notification is sent to users who have Ben Admin Role. How can we modify this?
