Enable SMTP for Alerts

I'm using Oracle Communications Operations Monitor and in setting up Alerts receiving the following message after applying Alert definitions:

"No SMTP server is currently configured. The alert was saved but no emails will be sent until an SMTP server is configured."

I'm using Release 4.4 of session Monitor and on Release S-CZ8.4.0 of my SBCs. This is a production server.

I'm sure this is simple but where/how would I go about setting up the SMTP server configuration for me to be emailed specific alerts? I'm in need to enable this in our production environment and cannot cause any outages while doing so.
