Golgengate Microservices Role - Developer

What is the correct role to assign a developer , it looks like Admin is the only role available as it can only be used to create/alter/delete extract/replicat but it also has more administrative permissions. Looks like GG Roles are not very fine grained. Please advise how you guys handling in your organizations. basically how so you differentiate roles between DBA and a Developer
