Exadata X7 - Doing what it is supposed to?

We have inherited an Exadata X7 environment running 19.19.0.0.0 RAC database

The database is OLTP during the day time and after 7 PM mostly batch jobs

We have been assigned with the task to determine if Exadata features especially Smart Scan / Cell offloading and flash cache are being used properly and to prove that code / queries are benefitting from those features. The idea is to show that because of those features there is a lot of savings in terms of I/O and for a query X we are seeing a saving of Y I/O thereby proving that if the same db runs in a non exadata environment it will incure Y amount of more I/O due to lack of exadata features
