Logging the first Action in Workflow Progress Tab in case of using conditions

I used a condition in my workflow that forks some actions into different steps. The problem is when users send the task through this action in the Send Form the correct action is determined and shown to users. but after sending the First Action log in the Workflow Progress Tab it is incorrect and users cannot understand which action followed on this step.

The below chart shows the concept that we expect to see in the Second Action in the Workflow Progress Log. but instead, it shows the First Action which is confusing
