How to set-up a seasonal schedule for Preventive Maintenance

We are using EAM, Oracle EBS 12.2.10.

Our business needs to set-up a PM Schedule that generates PM work orders on a seasonal basis. We have two basic seasons covering Summer months and Winter months (we are in the Southern hemisphere so lets say Summer covers October through March, and Winter covers April through September). Summer and Winter have different maintenance requirements because the work is weather-dependent.

During Summer months, I need to generate PM work orders every two weeks.

During Winter months, I need to generate PM work orders every one week.

I have been looking at a Calendar-based PM Schedule, but I cannot see how to set-up the seasonal aspect.
