how can we enable the x11 forwarding in the oracle base database service(non exdata machine)

Oracle base database service(linux with single node attached)

i have installed the "yum install xorg-x11-xauth" and edited the ssh_config and sshd_config file to yes comment and restarted the sshd service, but still the x11 forwarding is not enabled.
