Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I messed up the patching of our OMS and I need to restore it. We do have the configuration on backup and the db as well.

deinstall the current oms
install oms using software_only option
install plugins
restore configuration

When shoud I restore the db? Any hints is really appreciated!
