Database is 92% full -What is recommended step to take at these stage?

Database is 92% full - I have used below query to find it.

db size +free space

select round(sum(used.bytes) / 1024 / 1024 / 1024 ) || ' GB' "Database Size"

, round(sum(used.bytes) / 1024 / 1024 / 1024 ) -

round(free.p / 1024 / 1024 / 1024) || ' GB' "Used space"

1-What is recommended step to take at these stage?

we are also facing slowness issue on database ,is it possible because of less free space on db?
