siebel 22 enterprise deployment failed

hi

we are trying to install siebel 22 as a fresh new installation on windows 2019.

we have oracle client 19c 32 bit.All environemt variable set like oracle_home,siebel home LD_LIB,Resolv multi off etc.

SSL self signed certificate also looks good.

Able to connect to DB,odbc also fine.


We have tried multiple times but siebel enterprise 22 deployment getting failed
