GL ECC V 10 General Ledger Controls summary bar -- Closed Periods

On the General Ledger Controls summary bar, there is supposed to be a Closed Periods metric that displays if there are closed periods included in the data set, according to the user instructions. I've set our GL: Historical Range for ECC profile option to 1 year, ran the full data load, and I do see transactions for closed periods in the journal details table on the dashboard. But the Closed Periods metric doesn't display. I looked at the Summary Bar configuration, and I don't see a Closed Periods flag, only the Open Periods flag. I don't know if I accidentally deleted it or if there's another issue.
