Oracle iStore and iSupplier from single external facing node?

Looking to run Oracle EBS 12.2.11 iStore and iSupplier from an external node in a DMZ configuration.

External node has 1 installation of Oracle EBS. Have a Proxy server redirecting to the external node application.

Can I have multiple URL's running from the same application..for example PROXY will have istore.company.com and isupplier.company.com and can I register 2 URLS from the external EBS application node or do I have to have 2 separate application installations/nodes, one for istore and 1 for isupplier?
