Is there a way to capture audit data on sales order holds

Hello All

We are currently on Oracle JD Edwards version 9.2.

We have a requirement to capture audit data on Sales Order Holds. While F4209 gives details on who released a hold with date and time stamp, it does not give data on who/ what program put the sales order on hold and the associated time stamp.

Anybody who has had a similar need and came with a solution please let me know
