Is it possible to migrate shares between pools?

Oracle ZFS Storage ZS7-2, version: 2013.06.05.8.50,1-1.3

I have ZFS storage system where I have two disk pools created.

In one of the pool I have created all my shares, I would like to move some of shares to other pool. Is it possible to migrate these shares using some ZFS internal mechanism?

If not, what would be the best way to migrate these shares?
