How to 'receive' PO shipped items in EBS

Hello.

I want to know-

After PO is acknowledged, how can buyer receive the order. Like I want how can I as a buyer can receive the order manually through suitable responsibility.

I want to know the responsibility and the navigation path to 'receive' this.

So that the Received value is reflected on the PO details. (Marked in above screenshot)
