Steps to do clean restart Siebel server after OS reboot

Hello Team,

Our Siebel IP23.2 app on Linux servers are not coming up, post OS was rebooted without shutting down siebel servers.

Tried to kill siebel processes, removed osdf , shm , siebel services says it started but actually it hasn't as none of comp comes up, no new .shm and osdf is generated, even no log genearted.

Can you please let us know the steps to do clean start of Siebel servers when OS is rebooted.
