Can I send SIP options to multiple domains wrt multiple realms but common session agent

We are using Microsoft Teams direct routing . We have teams realm which is being used for TLS connectivity and exchanging options with Microsoft Teams over. a SIP trunk.

Now we have multiple tenants or customers and for each tenant we have a separate realm. Now for every realm the domain changes like if for teams realm it is abc.in and option messages are being sent to abc.in then for teams _alpha the domain is alpha.abc.in , now the requirement is to Send SIP options to alpha.abc.in

How we can achieve this ????

Teams is parent realm
