Hour Rendered is Different versus Element Entries

The Employee started on Aug 8th. He did not work a full pay period yet his pay slip is showing 70.05 hrs and the rate seems to be calculated by taking the Gross Pay and dividing by 70.05 rather than taking his actual rate. These values should be pulled from the system.

May I know where to check why the hours rendered is different from the Element Entries?

Payslip - 70.05 while Element Entries is 62.20.
