Restoring single PDB to another CDB?

Hi team,

In our EBS 19c multitenant database environment we would like to try to restore prod PDB only from RMAN full backup (CDB+PDB) to an existing test CDB as part of test data refresh, Is this scenario possible?

If possible, please could someone share document that explain this case?
