How to manually remove Oracle Advanced Replication from 19c

I'm being asked to remove remnants of Oracle Advanced Replication from a 19c database.

OAR existed in the database 11g, but that database was upgraded to 19c. As part of that upgrade, OAR was supposed to be removed. Now there are doubts that OAR was completely removed as part of the upgrade from 11g to 19c.

Is there a way to confirm that OAR was completely removed from the 19c database and if remnants of OAR still exist in 19c, would there be a way to manually remove it from the 19c database?
