In Project Costing can we create a budget in the Oracle Form and open it in the OAF Page?

We are on EBS R12.2.10

Can we create a budget in Oracle Form/Page (in Project) and open and edit the same in OAF Page for same project or vice-a-versa?

Currently if we try to open budget in Form Page (for a project for which budget is created in OAF Page as a plan) , we get an error like "This budget type has been upgraded to a plan type. You can create new version only for the corresponding plan type."

And if we try to open a budget in OF Page (for a project for which budget is created in Oracle Form Page), we get an error like "An approved budget plan type does not exist for this project. Before you can edit a budget, you must add an approved budget plan type and create a working plan version for the plan type."
