Is there any way to link WIP Completion Transaction to its corresponding WIP Issue Transaction ?

We are developing a COGS report to identify the sub element cost details of sales order issue transactions. For this we need to identify which WIP issue transactions are tied to WIP Completion transaction in a single WIP job. Is there any way to link the WIP completion transaction to WIP issue transactions?

For example, in a WIP JOB, there can be more than one WIP completion. To identify the COST of this single WIP completion, we need to find the WIP issue transactions and thereby their cost details. Any help in this direction would be highly appreciated.
