E1 31 Process to schedule a work order and correct way to update/change WC in WO

Hi everyone

I want to ask a couple of questions, hope someone can help me.

Our customer is a manufacturing company that creates many work orders, like 2,000 per week.

1. In many cases and just before production starts, they decide to change in which WC to work, so there is a difference in the actual WC used and what was originally schedule (from the M routing type), but they want to update the WC in the work order routing, to have the actual instead the scheduled, so to in order to make this changes I wanto to ask, What is the best way/best practice to change WC in the work order routine? just deleting the WC in the work order routing and add the new one or is there some
