Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. APP-47670 Unable to validate depreciation periods.

Cause: You ran depreciation for the first time in your book. The problem

is that there is a missing row in FA_DEPRN_PERIODS. FADEPR expects a row in

FA_DEPRN_PERIODS for one period less than the active period.

Resolution: Insert the missing row in FA_DEPRN_PERIODS table. Contact

Oracle Support Services for the datafix script.
