Is there a patch 12.2.11 to fix the transfer org in the SLA for Subinventory Transfers event type?

R12.2.11 - Cost Management SLA (Discrete Manufacturing).

Event Class: Intraorg Transfers, Event Type: Subinventory Transfers

The account mapping for the Inventory Valuation JLT does not recognize the 2nd transaction_id in the MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS table to reference the SUBINVENTORY_CODE where the TRANSFER_ORGANIZATION_TYPE = 2. The resulting journal entry only recognizes the subinventory in the first transaction_id (the "FROM" subinventory) where ORGANIZATION_TYPE = 2.
