LATAM, Europe Localization Questionnaire

I am looking for any standard questionnaire for implementing (capturing the localization requirements) localization features for LATAM and European countries.

Even though, we are implementing only GL for now, trying to understand the overall localization (country specific) considerations that might impact the General Ledger and Subledger application design.

Appreciate any help in this regard.
