Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Oracle Community,

I have a task to apply:

Patch 35437906: Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c Release 5 Update 16 (13.5.0.16) for Oracle Management Service

on two OMS (Production) environments.

I would appreciate an outline of steps to apply patch on two OMS environments:

omspatcher patch
stop OMS
apply patch

Should these steps on 2 OMS in parallel? If in serial, then which one should be first patched?

Is there a precedence of Primary and secondary?
