ECC dataload Read timed out errors - ECC-0006

ECC Version - V10

ECC Integrated with EBS(12.2.9)

We've just upgraded ECC from V7 to V10 ECC and are suffering these errors when performing a full data load.

job failed with error code ECC-0006:Failed Due OnlineFullChanges RootCause : SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Can't find any hits in MOS for this issue. Has anyone else experienced load failures and/or poor load performance post ECC version upgrade?
