How to allow remote ebs database connection in db 19c MT

Hi experts,

Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.11 using the database 19c with MT architecture. I have 1 CDB and 1 PDB.
I would like to allow the remote database connection ….

I tried to do what I usually do on 12c, but it do not seems to work, which is the following: 

Open the sqlnet.ora (located on: \opt\oracle\VIS\19.0.0\network\admin\<VIS_ORAINST>\)

Comment the following lines
:
#tcp.validnode_checking=yes

#tcp.invited_nodes=(LITMEAORAx.fyre.ibm.com)

 Save, disconnect and connect the database and check the remote connection

Despite doing this, I am seeing the following error when I try to remote connect into the PDB:
