HMR to replace the REGISTER Authorization: uri(Authentication URI) when User-Agent

Hi Chris and fellows,

Based on the previous discussion I want to do this separately, to avoid confusion.

I am doing the following HMR to achieve that Chris helped me in the previous discussion, but just for specific User-Agent = eg = Test12345xyz.

Seeing that I did the following HMR and it is working fine. I just would like to validate with the community if you agree with the way we build the HMR or 

if have some other ideas. It will be great to have different options.
