Oracle Client19cへのOpatch適用が失敗する

Windows Server2019に ORacleClient19c(32bit)をインストールしたのち

以下二つのパッチを適用

p6880880_190000_MSWIN-x86-64.zip

p33155330_190000_MSWIN-x86-64.zip


OracleClientのbit数を誤っていたため32bitをアンインストールしたのち、

64bit版をインストール、その後、p33155330のOpathを適用したところ

以下のようなエラーが発生し、Opathの適用に失敗しました。

解消方法をご教授頂けますか
