Upgrade 12c to 19c

Hello everyone,

I am going to migrate my Database 12.2.0.1 to 19c without stopping the Database, I wanted to know what is the suitable or appropriate method to do it, because I found several methods (DBUA, import/export, Manual, . ..).

A good tutorial or link, or step by step documentation would be welcome.
