JDE E1 9.2 /TR 5.6

Windows Server 2019 64bit platform

We want to upgrade our JDE E1 9.2 from 32bit to 64bit, currently we are using tools release 5.6 so we want to go with 7.3. what are the steps and pre-requisites for 64bit upgrade?
