Is Java (JRE) 17 free to use ?

Java 17 (JRE) is free ?

We would like to use Java 17 (JRE) for our production application servers.

The application servers are running to Windows servers.


Note: We do have Oracle DB and Weblogic purchased for another app which is running on IBM AIX but the new need is for Windows , are we entitled to use it ?
