Second concurrent Program not kicked off in request set

Hi Floks,

I have a request set that consist of two concurrent program. 1. Oracle standard program 2. Custom program. When I submitted the request set, The first program submitted and completed successfully but post that the second (custom) program is not kicked of.

This issue is observed in UAT environment where the same concurrent request set (with same configuration) work file in Development instance. Any lead will be much appreciated.
