Unable to add custom file in Manifest Administration

Hi, I am following the DocId 2766232.1 to disable to Multi Row select check box. But I am unable to add/map the js file as mentioned in the below screenshot. For me the Add Button (+) is greyed out though I am in SADMIN login. What could be the issue. I already have a record with PLATFORM INDEPENDENT and there are some customJava files mapped. But + button in "Files" and "Object Expression" is greyed out.

How to add?
