Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to change $APPLCSF/out file extension from .txt to .out

We recently upgraded EBS from 12.1 to 12.2.12 and we see the file extension with .txt on $APPLCSF/out, How do we change this?
