Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Smart quotes in BI Publisher

Our text has a set of smart quotes (“Kirkland”). The whole text is set to be "Times New Roman" font, however when we introduced smart quotes to this text, ONLY smart quotes show as "Albany WT J" font.
