Acknowledgement Functionality for FSC(Family status changes) Similar to Open Enrollment

Hi,

We have a requirement to capture the acknowledgement that Employee is agreed to open a HSA bank account.

By using the Open enrollment activity guide we added the acknowledgement similar to below.

Whereas when we open FSC events it directly goes to Benefits Enrollment. Any suggestions to do the same for other than open enrollment events?
