Is it possible to call an orchestrator when data hits a table

Hello All

We are on JD Edwards 9.2.

We have an issue with order holds. Since F4209 does not have audit information we don't have any clue as to who or what program put the order on a hold.

Hence we want to create an orchestrator which will be called whenever a Hold record is entered in table F4209.

Any ideas or thoughts on this will help
