How to enable file-based sequences in Xstore Mobile Server

In Xstore Mobile V19, the implementation guide states that to maintain the use of file-based sequences in a single mobile server environment, we should configure the system.properties file as follows:

"dtv.util.sequence.useDbBasedSequenceStrategy=false"

However, it appears that the specified setting does not activate file-based sequencing.

Are there alternative methods to enable it? Any insights or suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.
