IFRS transition

Hello,

Our global financial accounting is going to adopt the IFRS system. Our current reporting system is GAAP-based. We are planning to create a new adjustment ledger to reflect the requirements of the IFRS system. If anyone implemented the GAAP to IFRS transition? Appreciate your reply.
