Enterprise Command Center Framework - EBS (MOSC)

ECC Blank log files

We're running ECC v10 on premise, and we just upgraded to EBS 12.2.12. When I try to download a log from the Data Load Tracking menu in ECC Developer, I get a blank file. Pretty sure I used to see data on these logs. We're not running Debug, but then we weren't in the past either. Have I missed a setting somewhere?
