PO Approval Notification

Hi Team,

we have issue with one PO approval notification link. System send the email notification to Approver but the approval link is send as text message instead of Hyperlink. Please check the screenshot for reference.

This issue is happened only for 1-2 PO's and for remaining PO's it is working fine.
