How do we use the P6 Pro after we purchase it?

We received the email from Oracle，so we have a SI code，so how do we use it ？because after we registered, we could not find a login place in the P6 software. In other words, what should we do after purchasing the P6 application User Perpetual ? How does this permission apply to the software? waiting for your support ，thanks.😁
