Cost center and natural account data field is not available on Expense Report Page?
Followed the Oracle note (Doc ID 2543972.1 )
Option-2> Allow users to change only Cost center and Natural account combination. This can be done using the following setup
- Set the EXM_ALLOW_FULL_ACCT_OVERRIDE at the site level to "NO"
- Add the "EXM_OVERRIDE_EXPENSE_ACCOUNT_ALLOCATION_PRIV" to employee role
- Run the Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes & Import User and Role Application Security Data (wait for 5 to 10 min to sync before testing )
So in this case whenever user creates an expense report, he can see 2 segments (Cost center and Natural account combination) and then can override the same.
