Billing Validation checkbox is overriding through form personalization.

Need Some Help on Form personalization on check box

We have created form personalization on standard sales order form as per below


The issue is when i am tab out after giving line type and save. in process of saving it is checked and got unchecked ..actually it is overriding ..we want to know why it is overriding and we want to stop that overiding..i have tried multiple ways by calling procedure ..but it didn't work.
