Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Receivables - EBS (MOSC)

We have receipts which have a staus of Confimed and are not appearing for selection for Batch

Now I have an issue where we have receipts that have a status of confirmed which have apparently been selected as part of a receipt remittanced Batch

The receipt remittance batch was submitted but then deleted

When we go to create a new receipt remittance batch we cannot see these receipts for selection

The previous Batch no longer exists , we checked via SQL script to confirm

is there a way to make these receipts visible for selection again.

Short of reversing the receipts and starting from scratch again

Is there any other way round this
