Weblogic Plugin 14.1.10 depends on OpenSSL 1.1.1 which is about to go EOL

I was trying to compile HTTPD 2.4.57 to use it with OpenSSL 3.0.10 (Current TLS), but I see the plugin would not load, in the docs it is mentioned this new plugin version is compiled against OpenSSL 1.1.1 which is going EOL in September 11th 2023 (in two days).

Anyone knows if Oracle is releasing a new version compiled for OpenSSL 3.0.x libraries?
