OEM 13 - Monitoring - alerting for disabled Windows service.

Hello,

my organization use OEM 13c (Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 4, Version 13.4.0.0.0) to monitor Windows services, mission-critical mostly. We would like to set up a monitoring for DISABLED (intentionally) service - when its startup type will be changed from AUTOMATIC to DISABLE. I see, that OEM is able to monitor if service is running or stopped. But sometimes, due to the human problem, mission-critical services remain disabled after maintenance, and it can take even two days, when someone will notice, that the service is disabled.

Long story short, example: spooler.exe has been disabled due to the maintenance by someone. The person forgot to enable it after the maintenance, causing problems later. We would like to avoid human errors by monitoring that service regarding its startup type, as it should be Automatic, not Disabled. We can monitor if service is stopped, but not when it's disabled. Is it possible, please?

Howdy, Stranger!
